Ranksy uses AI to optimise your Etsy listings for better search visibility. Open any listing in the editor, click the Ranksy tab, and get AI-rewritten titles, tags, descriptions, and price suggestions based on real competitor data.
Go to your Etsy shop and click Edit on any listing. In the listing editor, click the Ranksy tab on the right side of the page, then click Optimise. Results appear in about 15 seconds. Review the suggestions and click Apply on any you want to use.
Search for any term on Etsy (e.g., "personalised dog collar"). Click the Ranksy research pill that appears on the results page, then hit Analyse Competitors to see top keywords, price ranges, and tag gaps from the top 20 results. Pro users can export the data as a CSV.
Each time you click "Optimise" on a listing counts as one use. Re-optimising the same listing in the same browser session also counts as one use, but costs less on our end (we skip the initial analysis step).
Bring Your Own Key. If you have an Anthropic API account, you can enter your own API key in Ranksy's settings. This gives you unlimited optimisations and competitor research using your own API credits. Available on Annual and Lifetime plans.
Typical cost on your own key: ~£0.04–0.06 per optimisation.
Go to console.anthropic.com, create an account and add a payment method. Then go to API Keys, click Create Key, and copy it into Ranksy → Advanced Settings → Save.
Free users: Usage resets 30 days after your first use each cycle.
Pro Monthly & Annual: Usage resets when your subscription renews (your billing date).
Lifetime: Usage resets on a rolling 30-day cycle.
Unused allowance does not roll over. Your exact reset date is shown in the Ranksy popup.
Click the Ranksy icon in your browser toolbar → Manage billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can view invoices, update your payment method, or change your plan.
Click the Ranksy icon → Manage billing → Cancel subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Click the Ranksy icon → Manage billing → View invoices. All receipts are available for download as PDF.
No. Listing data is processed in real-time and never stored on our servers. Competitor research results are cached for up to 48 hours to improve speed, then automatically deleted.

Make sure you're on a listing editor page (not a listing view page). Try refreshing the page. Click the Ranksy icon to check you're logged in. If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding the extension.
